 اڈیالہ جیل میں قید سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کی صحت کے حوالے سے ایک انتہائی تشویشناک طبی رپورٹ سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان میں جمع کرائی گئی ہے۔ اس رپورٹ کے مطابق، بانی پی ٹی آئی کی دائیں آنکھ کی بینائی اب صرف 15 فیصد رہ گئی ہے، جس نے ملک بھر میں ایک نئے بحران کو جنم دے دیا ہے۔

​طبی رپورٹ کی تفصیلات:

رپورٹ میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ اکتوبر 2025 تک عمران خان کی دونوں آنکھوں کی بینائی مکمل طور پر نارمل (6/6) تھی۔ تاہم، جیل میں قیام کے دوران انہوں نے مسلسل نظر میں دھندلاہٹ اور تکلیف کی شکایت کی۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق:

​ریٹینا میں خون کی گردش متاثر ہونے (Blood Clot) کی وجہ سے بینائی تیزی سے کم ہوئی۔

​جیل حکام کو متعدد بار مطلع کرنے کے باوجود بروقت ماہر ڈاکٹروں تک رسائی نہیں دی گئی۔

​صرف آنکھ کے قطروں (Eye Drops) پر اکتفا کیا گیا، جو اتنے بڑے مسئلے کے لیے ناکافی تھا۔

​سپریم کورٹ کا حکم:

چیف جسٹس نے اس رپورٹ کو انتہائی سنجیدہ قرار دیتے ہوئے فوری طور پر ایک اعلیٰ سطحی میڈیکل بورڈ تشکیل دینے کا حکم دیا ہے۔ عدالت نے واضح کیا کہ قیدی کی جان اور صحت کی حفاظت ریاست کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ مزید برآں، انسانی ہمدردی کے تحت عمران خان کو اپنے بچوں سے ٹیلیفون پر بات کرنے کی اجازت بھی دے دی گئی ہے۔

پی ٹی آئی کی قیادت اور حامیوں نے اس رپورٹ پر شدید غم و غصے کا اظہار کیا ہے۔ خیبر پختونخوا کے وزیراعلیٰ نے خبردار کیا ہے کہ اگر عمران خان کی صحت کو مزید نقصان پہنچا تو اس کی ذمہ داری موجودہ حکومت اور جیل انتظامیہ پر ہوگی۔
